Redmine 0.6.4リリース

Redmine 0.6.4が3月12日にリリースされました（svn trunk r1234）。
0.6.3に対して以下の修正が行われたほか、インターフェイスの一部改良（例: 注記の追加とステータスの変更が同時に行えるようになった）、「問題」が「チケット」に名称変更などの改良が行われています。

• Fixed: private projects name are displayed on account/show even if the current user doesn’t have access to these private projects

• Fixed: context submenus on the issue list don’t show up with IE6.
• Fixed: Themes are not applied with Rails 2.0
